Discover the magic of Les Fogueres de San Juan 2026 in Jávea — the most important and spectacular annual celebration in the town, expected to take place around 14–24 June 2026.
This festival is the biggest celebration of the year in Jávea, often compared to the famous Fallas tradition due to its scale, atmosphere, and cultural importance. The festivities honour Saint John and welcome the arrival of summer with fire, music, and community celebrations.
During these days, the town is filled with colourful parades, impressive fireworks shows, traditional flower offerings, and large bonfires (fogueres). Streets and squares turn into open-air party spaces, with music, dancing, and street celebrations lasting late into the night.
The highlight comes with the burning of the bonfires and the famous San Juan night traditions, symbolising renewal, good luck, and the start of summer on the Mediterranean coast.
