Step into the past at the Soler Blasco Museum in Xàbia — a captivating journey spanning from Neolithic settlements and Roman underwater archaeology to the traditional rural life of the region. Housed in a stately 17th-century palace in the heart of the old town, the museum presents 13 exhibition rooms filled with artifacts that narrate the story of the town and its people. From the gleam of Iberian gold-treasure replicas to massive amphoras rescued from the seabed, you’ll find layers of history here that bring the past vividly to life.
Opening hours
- October to June: Tuesday to Friday 10:00-13:00 and 17:00-20:00
- July to September: Tuesday to Friday 10:00-13:00 and 18:00-21:00
- Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays: 10:00-13:00 (both seasons)
- Closed on Mondays, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day

The museum is located in the historic centre of Xàbia, where streets are narrow and on-street parking is limited. For hassle-free parking:
- Head to the underground car park at Plaza de la Constitución / Carrer Miguel Hernández 4, which offers secure spaces just a short walk from the museum
- Once parked, enjoy a stroll through the charming cobbled lanes of Xàbia’s old town — the walk adds to the experience.
