Located in the heart of Pego at C/ Sant Domènec 5, this contemporary art museum was established in 1991 and is housed in the town’s historic Casa de Cultura. With six exhibition rooms, the collection spans hyper-realist, symbolist and abstract works — all free to admire. It’s a calm, inspiring stop for art lovers or anyone curious about modern creativity in the scenic region of Marina Alta.

Parking tip

Parking in the town centre can be a bit tricky due to pedestrian-priority streets and limited space. A good tip is to head to the parking garage Municipal on Av. d’Alacant in Pego, just a short walk from the museum. From there, it’s a pleasant stroll into the old town and you’ll avoid hunting for spots in the narrow streets.
